IMPORTANT UPDATE

We are excited about the HMC project!

As with any great adventure, sometimes the journey takes a few new turns, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead. Because of shipping restraints and deposits needed for machinery, we’re making a small adjustment to our original timeline. The great news is that this allows us to launch the education portion of the program even sooner!

Starting Spring 2026, top experts will be working directly with coffee producers, equipping them with new techniques to grow and harvest higher-quality beans. This is the heart of lasting change—empowering producers with tools for success.

As funds become available, we’ll move forward with building the dry mill and setting up the roaster, with everything fully operational by Fall 2026.

And here’s the part we can’t wait to share with you—donors will be invited to join us in October 2026 for an unforgettable trip to Polo to celebrate at the Dominican Coffee Festival!

Finally, mark your calendars: HMC coffee will be available in 2027.

Thank you for being such an important part of this story. Together, we’re not just building a project, we’re fueling a movement that will impact lives for years to come!

Hispaniola Mountain Coffee

Hispaniola Mountain Coffee is on a mission to transform lives in the Dominican Republic by using coffee as a tool for the Kingdom of Heaven, and we need your help to make it happen. We’re building a coffee processing mill in the mountain town of Polo, where hardworking farmers will finally be paid a living wage for their harvest, their coffee will be processed to the highest quality standards, and the revenue will directly fund life-changing ministry work through HMM. This isn’t just about coffee, it’s about dignity, hope, and the gospel reaching communities that have been overlooked for far too long.

By giving today, you become part of a movement that blends good business, gospel impact, and sustainable change. Together, we can create a thriving coffee industry in the DR that fuels both local livelihoods and eternal Kingdom work. Join us, your gift today will plant seeds of transformation that will bear fruit for generations.
